#asktheexpert how can I increase my milk supply I have tried everything thing suppliment, daliya, shatavari everything can you plz help me

A. Hello dear parent! Consult a lactation specialist for evaluation and advice. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply
