more will be production.
take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly.
eat protein rich diet.
drink lots of water.
nap often to stay rested .

Have jeera water daily two times a day to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Include jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, oats, milk etc in ur diet to increase bm. Take care
