A. hi mothers with low breastmilk supply can try various ways to increase her breastmilk supply. so some of ways are as below: offer plenty of breastfeeds. because the more your child takes feeds ,the more milk is produced. gently press your breast while feeding your child,it will help to drain out milk. massage your breasts with coconut oil. take food like fennel seeds,jeera water, drumsticks soup etc which are considered to help in this. you can also take lacter tablets for this. stay stress free.
