A. tfws. there is no other way other than doing exercises for losing weight please do brisk walking and yoga also take diet less in fat and carbohydrate all types of seasonal fruits and vegetables will help

A. Abdominal Crunches Lie down on your back with feet flat on the floor and knees bent hip-width apart. Place your hands behind your head, contract your abs and slowly lift your upper body and hold for some time. Resume the original position and repeat.
