i had normal delivery last sept 28 2020 i had back pain nd tummy how to reduces my tummy fat...

A. To reduce your tummy fat you need to workout regularly. Do some stretching exercises because even they will help in reducing the back ache. Do at least 45 minutes of brisk walking along with portion control

A. Hello dear parent, you must eat right and healthy. Include salads and Protein in your diet. Also.eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink lots of water. Avoid sugar and maida totally. Avoid munching in between. Do simple exercises.
