Add jeera and mint leaf in cooking they also access appetisers. Include banana in morning snacks. Instead of giving three big meals you can plan for five meals in a day in a smaller quantity and in a smaller intervals. You can also include buttermilk, coconut water, fresh fruit juice made at home and always give lukewarm water which helps in good digestion take the baby out for walking and cycling for about one hour in a day. Also since the baby is 3+ years you can start giving baby to eat food by itself by this way they will start enjoying eating food and also then like to try different things.
