A. Hello mam, Toddlers are generally fussy eater they need variety in food also they get intimidated by forceful eating so do not force feed them and also do not serve them huge quantity of food.. Give small and frequent meals Consider a snack also as a meal Improve the quality of food and not the quantity Add paneer, cheese, ghee, dry fruits , ragi, oats, egg in their diet in any form they like 2 servings of fruits and 3 serving of vegetables are important Reduce the intake of chips, namkeen, biscuits and chocolate as they suppress the appetite

A. Hi, include buttermilk in every day drink. Buttermilk helps in improving good intestinal bacteria which interns helps in improving the appetite. Add jeera and mint leaf in cooking they also access appetisers. Include banana in morning snacks. Instead of giving three big meals you can plan for five meals in a day in a smaller quantity and in a smaller intervals. You can also include buttermilk, coconut water, fresh fruit juice made at home and always give lukewarm water which helps in good digestion take the baby out for walking and cycling for about one hour in a day. Also since the baby is 3+ years you can start giving baby to eat food by itself by this way they will start enjoying eating food and also then like to try different things. Initially they’ll make a mess but it is good for themWrite Your Answer Here
