A. Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods You can walk daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise, cycling, Yoga, Suryanamaskaar, Pranayam.

A. Hello dear parent, ypu should eat right and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet, and green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits are must. Drink lots of water. Prefer warm water to reduce weight. Avoid maida and sugar totally. Also do simple exercises.
