Meri c section delivery ko 6 month ho gye or baby ko full day akele handle krne ki wajha se mere back or stiches m kafi pain rhta h is pain ko kese thik kru

A. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. eat protein rich diet. nap often to stay rested. have Sunbath every morning for half an hour daily
