A. Dear mam, you can have spicy and junk foods in moderation and occasionally for your own good health and to prevent unhealthy weight gain. Prefer to have homemade food as much as possible.

Hi mommy Yes you can take sometime Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
