#AskTheExpert hie doctor, I'm a breastfeeding mother to a 2 year old daughter. Can I take 1st dose of covid vaccine..? Is it safe to take n continue breastfeeding after vaccination. Kindly help

A. yes obviously you can.. some antibodies can pass through breastmilk but there's nothing to worry about it. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

A. hi yes you can but always consult your gynecologist before taking the Vaccine. take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated maintain good hygiene
