#AskTheExpert hie doctor, I'm a breastfeeding mother to a 2 year old daughter. Can I take 1st dose of covid vaccine..? Is it safe to take n continue breastfeeding after vaccination. Kindly help

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes obviously you can.. some antibodies can pass through breastmilk but there's nothing to worry about it. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day
