Consume ple ty of fluids, dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds , fenugreek seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements. Lactare capsules or powder to increase breast milk.

take lactation supplement as lactare or mother sparsh vardaan
more you nurse milk will increase
in my tradition non veg is not recommended for six months
