#asktheexpert hi sir this is sangeetha..mom of 1.5 yrs old son i have started solids on 7th month starting....from the beginning he ate everything what i gave him but now he is not eating anything any reasons for this?? or i should change meal tym sir pls help me with this

Don't over feed her
Don't force feed her
Give her breast milk as and when she demands when she's not taking food.
Give her more probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk lassi etc
Give her seasonal fruits .
You may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time (don't wake her up though)
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
