#asktheexpert Our son will complete 5 months on 7th December. At what time we can start giving him semi-solids? Any what kind of semi-solids should be given?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, you should not give semi solid foods to your baby upon completion of 6 months. You should exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. Breast milk is nature’s complete food for baby till 6 months.
