#asktheexpert Hi myself saima actually m 65 kg as per my age which z 32 not having more than 54 that means m overweight...so plz I want to lose my weight

A. To loose weight, make some dietary changes and include fiber and protein rich foods with plenty of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water. Restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning will help too.
