#AskTheExpert Hi my son is 9 years old he eats less greens and more chicken. He eats selective greens like cauliflower, capsicum, spinach, cabbage. Is it ok if he continues like that. Also he fond of potato chips and eats them at least 3 to 4 times a week. Though his weight is ok, I am concerned about his eating habits

A. yes absolutely fine if he is having the vegetables you have you mentioned because most of them are rich in Iron and multivitamins so I'm not a problem and avoid giving too much of junk food
