#asktheexpert My daughter is a fussy eater. She prefers eating plain parantha with curd. Does not eat greens at all. How do I introduce her to greens.

A. Serve vegetables alongside foods that your child is familiar and comfortable with will make him eat. Mix veggies into favorite meals of your baby Try veggies warm, cold, frozen, roasted, steamed, sautéed, with dip, in different shapes, etc. change the appearance of regular veggies you serves..

A. U you do one thing You can make a stuff Paratha for your child rather than giving plain Paratha with curd I think that is going to work because in that stuff Paratha you can add all the vegetables that you want to and if you want you can also knead them in the dough and that is how you can give it to the child
