#asktheexpert hi my daughter is 2yr 7month . she eats everything chapati rice egg oats everyday bt still her weight is not increasing . she is only 11.6 kg. bt at the same time she is super active. what should I do?

A. hi. as she is active than not to worry about it. keep on offering her more protien tich good, add dry fruit n nuts in her regular diet. ok
