In this here it is very difficult to comment properlgy until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly ftor this .

It is actually very less so I’m just going to recommend you that you should give an iron supplement to the child and consult a nutritionist to start with all kind of iron rich food and fruits for your child that is going to be helpful because this is below average so you really need to pull it up
