#AskTheExpert Hi.. My baby girl is not eating rice from two days. Actually she is having cold from last 4days. Can you please tell me any other alternative for food?

cold can cause nose block which might alter taste of food.you need to give some lukewarm feeds like haldi dudh,suji ka halwa,dal khichdi

Hello ma’am Don’t give plain white rice instead you can give Khichdi or you can make it or something like that I thought would be a better option to go for apart from that give Roti Paratha and all these things to your child if you are not willing to give rice to the child
