A. Hello mom at times their would be variation in the weight gain of the baby , as they are expected to almost mostly gain between the range of 300 gm to 1 kg monthly and then double by the age of 4 to 6 months and triple by the age of 1 year.

A. Not to worry it is not Like that the Babies gain 1 kg Weight every month. If that is So Every Baby Might Have a Weight of 13 to 16 kgs in an Year. The weight Gain process is at it peak in initial days of Birth. After that the weight gain Becomes a Slow Process. So not to Worry your baby should double the birth weight by 6 months and Triple the birth weight by an Year. Hope it Helps
