#asktheexpert My baby is 3 months and 10 days old, his birth weight was 3.5 kg and now he is 5.7 kg, this week he put on just 100 g, is that normal?? His weight growth is slow.

A little plus or a minus in the weight of the baby is normal as long as your baby is active, accepting feeds and gradually reaching milestones. It is said to be ideal if the baby doubles its birth weight by 6 months and triples by one year completion. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care.
