#AskTheExpert hi my 3.6 year old baby not having her breakfast from past 10 days, if I beat her she eats little tried giving egg juice her favourite meal as well but still no use can u pls suggest how I can make her eat.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, that's fine, she might be bored or not hungry enough. try offering him variety of new foods. Try changing the food taste. don't force feed or avoid scolding.

try developing the baby food interest as have meal together
add variety and creativity
ask baby this or that as baby need to have one choosen one
you can give as poha cheela upma suji halwa dosa idly uthapam cornflakes chocos
