#asktheexpert my 6 year old son not at all eating breakfast before going to school. he eats after coming from school evening.

As its known that breakfast is the most important meal of the day , and it is always good to get into this habit from very start
start with making him wake up early so that atleast 30 to 20 min he has time to finish comfortably
offer small portion, start with fruits , then offer easy food such as upma , egg, poha , etc small stuff paranthas can be made and cut into pieces.
colorful idli ,puri etc can be made
