#asktheexpert hi mam mai nine month pregnant hu abhi mera baby niche nhi aaya h upper side me h lya kru please advice me

A. do squats regularly 2 to 3 times in a day and when you reach 39 weeks you can do 5 to 6 times in a day also along with this try to remain active and have regular daily walking
