#AskTheExpert Hi Mam.. I'm 31, having 5yr old baby n trying for 2nd baby but couldn't conceive.. I'm having hypothyroidism and using thyronorm 50mcg from past 3yrs.. already had d n c last year due to no heat beat in early trimester.. I'm having irregular periods so I'm using ayurvedic medicine so from past 2 months my periods are regular.. Can I try for pregnancy this month or should I wait ??

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. since you are having regular menses for 2 months and there is no other issue related with the conception yes you can go on trying each month but would like to suggest first go for ovulation study to know about your ovulation and accordingly e move ahead

If You are having regular periods and your ovulation would also be regular go ahead with it if you want to conceive it right now because your periods are also regular so you can take a chance now and you must have completed about 6 to 8 months to year abortion so that way it is the right time to go for it
