Last year I had abortion in early trimester due to no heart beat. since 1 yr I'm trying but couldn't conceive. I'm having hypothyroidism n using thyronorm 50mcg since 2 yrs. recently I have gone through some harmonal tests and my E2 <10, fsh is 23.64, LH is 6.27. I have done scanning and doctor said me I have poor ovarian reserve. what can I do? can I try for IVF ? can I able to conceive?

A. if you conceive naturally for your first baby you can conceive naturally for your second baby also would like to suggest to go for a Panchakarma therapy before you start for conception and also have a proper ovulation study and then move ahead
