#asktheexpert Hi Mam, I have gained 20kgs of weight post my pregnancy, am 93 now, even though am taking a walk and having my food control am not able to loose my weight. can you please suggest the food habits for the weight loss

A. Hello mom , after delivery it becomes a slight diffcult to loose weight as lot of hormonal changes does occur. just be focused and dedicated and have patients. try out yoga , that along with walks should help. avoid sugary , refined and processed foods,, have small meals, and avoid very heavy meals.
