#AskTheExpert hi Mam, I had delivery on 29 Jan, but still my belly looks like I m pregnant with 5-6 month baby. how to reduce it. and also sometimes I bleed for a day or two. is it normal or should I consult my gynecologist?

A. Post pregnancy weight loss is a major concern in almost every female . Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase. You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty off liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the babhyy which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

It is not only you it is with everybody because a lot of women feel that you’re going to reduce on as soon as a deliver and the breast feed it doesn’t work like that you eat a lot when your breast feeding your child which is why the way doesn’t Goa down and you continue to gain maximum on your stomach only with a dietary change and workout you can lose on your weight that’s the only wWrite Your Answer Here
