#AskTheExpert Hi mam I don't want to take tablets which is prescribed by my gynecologist for calcium and iron. is there any alternative for this tablets any kind of injection or powder? pl suggests me. because after taking tablets I am feeling nausea 😵

A. Calcium and iron should be taken during pregnancy and it is a better alternative then injections so eat something after taking tablet to change flavour of tongue tale care and stay safe
