Do butterfly movement of legs regularly for normal delivery
Take a good care do some light exercise yoga
Go for walking every day
Stay hydrated
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses cereals whole grains milk products
