Q.

#AskTheExpert hi its been 3 months of my C-section. please suggest me what work things to still avoid so that stitches don't get affected. I usually have pain sometimes in the abdominal muscles around the stitches, also in stitches while coughing and sneezing.

A. Vaginal delivery is the most common way to deliver a baby. However, if there are some complications that could prove dangerous to the baby or mother, the doctor may suggest a caesarean delivery for the safety of the mother and the child. A caesarean may be needed in the following cases: https://parenting.firstcry.com/articles/guide-to-recovering-after-a-c-section/
