#AskTheExpert hi, I had two miscarriages and no child . I am pregnant now and very concern regarding what should I eat and not eat during first trimester. I am pure vegetarian. can you please suggest what should I eat?

A. take proper rest and medications. During pregnancy it is always advisable to have your normal routine foods and include more of sprouted grains along with green leafy vegetables and adequate water intake which helps maintain good health Do have regular daily walking

A. same condition meri bhi thi but when I was pregnant.. I tack an apple every day and fresh food.think positive it works u and ur beby will be fit n fine..

A. eat only homemade food and take lots of rest and be happy as much as you can don't think about what happened in past...embrace what is coming..all d best

A. hi you should take homemade freshly cooked food only avoid taking extreme spicy and sugary food items avoid taking some fruits like papaya, Custered apple and pineapple
