#AskTheExpert hi I delivered my baby through C section on Feb 9 th. how to reduce my belly fat?? can I do all normal exercises or join for zumba class

A. wait for 6 month before doing rigrous exercise Take a well balanced nutritious diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet add dry fruits powder in the diet maintain hygiene sterilize all the utensils thoroughly to avoid infection

I just delivered a child and that too with C-section don’t you think you really need to take a days as of now you were actually delivered a child a child leads milk from you you have to eat well to gain strength in the body I don’t top of every thing before eight hash of a time you cannot go ahead with exercising and dieting because he sections you just take a lot of time to heal
