#AskTheExpert Hi, I came to my hometown with my 9 month old baby, however, its very cold here and due to weather change she has catched heavy cold, what should I do ?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you have to keep your baby protected from the cold weather which may aggravate the symptom for cold you can give maxtra drops to times a day to the baby and give steam inhalation three to four times in a day to relieve any nasal congestion, can also put nasoclear drops into the nose

Hi mommy Give ultra D3 drops Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Maintain hydration Maintain hygiene Wash hands often before touching your baby Maintain hydration
