#asktheexpert Hi!! I am confused with eating habits if my 9year old. Since kids are at home since more than a year now and not much activities are there. All the focus is on eating n screen time. Being a homemaker my routine hasn’t changed but yes theirs have changed. How to entertain them without being much involved and what healthy can be added to their snack times

A. Hi In this times, when physical activity is less, avoid giving Biscuits, waffers, bakery products, chips, chocolates, farsan , sweets to kids Give lot of protein rich foods like milk, paneer, egg fish, chicken pulses curd Give enough vegetables, fruits, nuts daily
