#askexperts my eating habits are very little but still putting a lot of weight on. having pimples and dandruff problem also plz help

A. Hello dear parent, you must take proper supplements like iron , calcium and vitamin etc but with your doctor's instructions only. Do not take on your own. Since supplements helps body to gain energy and reboots it. Also improve your lifestyle, so that your hair problem is also solved , include protein in your diet. oil your hair regularly.
