my daughter eating habits are not that great.. everytime she asks for some meetha to eat..is it normal and how much meetha can we give her at a time ? thanks

A. Hello mom it’s a known fact that too much of anything is not healthy and sugary especially , inbetween if she asks at times it’s fine ans you can give her jaggery or some fruit as such . Also check for worms could possibly be and she might require de worming
