If Having a heartburn issue then you should avoid any kind of spicy food for the timing try to have the mild food possible and as of now you can just have a cold me directly from the refrigerator it is going to help you a lot because cold milk is one of the best things to have during heartburn kind of an issue and if you’re feeling vomiting try to have a good amount of water
