8 months of pregnancy is running and having sore throat and also heart burning issue,what to do..

For the acidity use syrup Gaviscon as it is safe during pregnancy and also take small meals which are frequent but also bland.for sore throat you can take steam inhalation,salt water gargles,strepsils but consult a doctor for medication
