#AskTheExpert , hi I am 34 years old female , I have few digestion issues can't eat spicy over it that leads to motions , I had c section 5 years back , but from last few months m sensing a small gaath sort of ball very small in my waist line , it's not painfull I can't jsut feel when I press my waist line , please suggest .
