#asktheexpert hi I am 32 weeks and 3 days pregnant my fluid afi is at 31weeks and 5 days was afi 8-9 baby weight was 1.52kgs growth is 5 percentile baby position breech my doctor suggested me to have a strict bedrest on left side but I already have lower back problem my left leg gets numb and it hurts while being on left lower back hurts and hipbones also hurts like anything I am using volini gel and hot water bottle but less affective please help

Hello mam, these are quite a issues with almost to the last stages of pregnancy , go as per the doctor advises and also do be free to share your concern, as you should be more comfortable and relaxed now. Keep some pillows etc for support while lying down.
