#AskTheExpert My afi at 32 weeks is 8. Is it low? Do i need to be concerned?

A. Dear mam if your results show lower than normal AFP levels it means your baby has a genetic disorder such as down syndrome is a condition that causes intellectual and development problems if you are AFP levels are not normal it does not necessarily mean there is a problem with your baby so for a proper and thorough report you must consult your current gynaecologistWrite Your Answer Here
