#asktheexpert Hi, I am 22 weeks pregnant and not able to sleep at all on the left side. how risky is it to sleep on right side

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 Year agoA. It is absolutely not risky to sleep on your right side or left side. It is more preferable to sleep on the left side but it doesn’t mean that you cannot sleep on your right side. You can change sides as you like it.
