#asktheexpert hi Dr.. my kids, 6yr old boy and 2.5yr old girl... they both fall sick always.. cold cough fever stomach upset... there won't be a complete month without sickness... immunity is very low... stopped giving milk because of cold .. how to improve immunity??

A. you can give syp zincovit to both of your kids. also offer daily atkeast 1 egg, 1 to 2 days and other dry fruits, any one fruit a day.
