A. dear pls take care your self and take healthy diet nd lot's of water avoid cemical product use Mamaearth Rosemary shampoo and conditioner , this is pure natural and made , free from harmful cemical . it has Rosemary extract methi Dana curry leaves etc which is very helpful for all hair problems it reduces hair fall and promote hair growth too . nd makes soft , nourished hair .

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hair fall usually happens because of many factors and most of the time its multifactorial. Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important. Iron and Zinc also plays important role. Other factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hor Rdmone . A good care along with maintainance of proper hygiene is also necessary . Use good product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. hi apply onion juice on your scalp and wash it later..massage warm coconut oil on your scalp atleast twice a week...have adequate sleep and well balanced meal...you can even use mamaearth anti hairfall kit. happy parenting
