ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. you avoid variety of cosmetics ok. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workouta lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always.

You Apply it into your scalp you should do it one time in a week and on the other hand make onion and coconut oil that is what something you can use the every day you know like at least 2 to 3 times in a week and then keep it overnight or something and then just wash it
