Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. hair fall usually because of hormonal changes Most of the time there will be loss of hair after delivery because of hormonal imbalance which may continue for one year also you have to take that rich in protein all types of fruits and vegetables for source of vitamins and minerals

Use Oil which is made up of onion juice and on a coconut oil together you can use it on regular basis this will help in controlling your hair fall you can use it about 2 to 3 times in a week and then you can just shampoo it keep it overnight for better results
