#AskTheExpert Hi Dr, I had a csection last May after which I have a haunch in my upper part of stomach. I used to wear a belt at my lower abdomen after my delivery. Its' like an air balloon as it is not stiff. What is it and how can I get normal stomach back?

A. Do some exercises gradually Floor exercises and walk are best Abdominal muscles toning exercises and cardio are good Drink 3-4 litres of water per day Diet control is more important Choose healthy foods Check your diet Go to my website Www.familygynaec.com
