#AskTheExpert hi doctor my twin kids running 19 months old boys i have doubt eariler usevally how many liters of water they drink daily cz he is drinking water very low usevally they drink 200 to 300 ml is it sufficiant and in rainy days its very low im literaly tence is it ok

approximately 16-ounce that is 480-500 ml water should required every day at this age..
offer other fluids too like fruit juices, coconut water, soup, shakes..
