#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor, my 10 month old son is suffering from cold, cough and fever (above 100) for the past 2 days. I am giving him paracetamol P100 1ml every 8hours (3 times in a day) starting yesterday but fever has not decreased at all. Please help 1. paracetamol dose and interval is correct ? baby 10months 10kg weight 2. do I give him cold press on forehead or bath as usual? 3. Any other medicine to be given?

A. never give self medication. for any such concern always take help of a doctor and avoid self medication use any time as it can be harmful rather than benefit so take opinion from a near by doctor .
